If I use vow of strength and conjure frost together what is the final dmg? weapong dmg + conjure dmg get multiplyed by vow of str?

here's an idea: make a pvp character, put these skills in its skill bar, go to the isle of the nameless, see how it turns out.

i have no idea if it will make conjure frost stronger or not.
